Project Overview

An enterprise fleet management application designed to give logistics dispatchers and truck drivers real-time tracking, offline route planning, and digitized proof of deliveries.

The Operational Challenge

Drivers frequently lost internet connectivity in remote transit corridors across India, leading to data synchronization gaps. The application also needed to operate in the background without draining the battery, while continuously sending GPS location telemetry.

Our Engineering Solution

We built a native-performance cross-platform application using React Native. We incorporated a local SQLite database that encrypts shipment data and buffers offline events, automatically syncing with the central cloud database when a network connection is re-established.
