Refund & Cancellation
Last Updated: June 1, 2026At Rtechcare Technologies, we strive to deliver top-tier software systems with clear milestone objectives. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent engagement framework for both our clients and development teams.
1. Project Initiation & Sprints
Development schedules are locked upon the clearance of initial milestone deposits. Once a development sprint begins, resources are allocated specifically for the client's deliverables. As a result, work already commenced cannot be cancelled mid-sprint.
2. Cancellation Terms
Clients may request cancellation of future milestones by providing a written notice at least 7 business days prior to the start of the next scheduled dev sprint. Upon cancellation, the client will receive all completed source codes and assets up to the last paid milestone.
3. Refund Guidelines
- Completed Milestones: No refunds are issued for milestones that have been fully developed, reviewed, and approved.
- Un-commenced Work: If a project is cancelled before a new milestone starts, any advance paid for that specific un-commenced phase will be refunded in full.
- Third-Party Costs: Any external expenditures incurred (such as hosting, server setups, paid APIs, or templates) are strictly non-refundable.
4. Refund Execution
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days and returned via the original payment route or bank wire transfer.
