Welcome to the Rtechcare Technologies corporate portal. By navigating our website, configuring proposals in our Project Planner, or contracting our technology services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Scopes & Quotes

Any estimate calculated by our online Project Planner represents a non-binding draft guideline. Official contracts are established solely via signed Statement of Works (SoW) outlining specific deliverables, system dependencies, and timeline milestones.

2. Payment Milestones

Unless explicitly specified in a customized contract, Rtechcare projects operate on structured milestone schedules (e.g. 30% initial deposit, 40% dev sprint approval, and 30% final pre-launch release). Development commences only after deposit clearances are verified.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of final payments, all custom source codes, styled assets, database architectures, and graphical icons compiled during development are transferred to the client with unrestricted ownership licenses. We retain rights only to standard libraries and modular helpers.

4. Post-Launch Technical Support

Rtechcare includes 30 days of complimentary technical support with every project launch to monitor sever performances and fix bugs. Any adjustments beyond the agreed SoW features are handled as separate change requests.
